BUDSBUDS was established in 2008 by the trustees of Harborne Parish Lands Charity, a local charity with extensive experience in providing supported living accommodation for older people and for grant making to organisations and individuals.

BUDS is now a Registered Charity and a Limited Company in its own right and has developed the following three services in response to local need: Befriending Service, BUDS Clubs, Carer Support Service.

JW HinksEstablished in 1896, JW Hinks is an independent firm of chartered accountants based in in Edgbaston, Birmingham, offering a comprehensive range of accountancy and business advisory services.

While their long history has enabled them to build up a wide client base, both in terms of size and nature of business, the partners at JW Hinks are committed to providing a proactive service in a friendly and efficient manner.

SCVOSandwell Council of Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) is a charitable organisation based in Sandwell which supports Sandwell’s Voluntary and Community Sector, comprised of voluntary-run community groups, charities, not-for-profit businesses, faith communities and social enterprises.

SCVO provides the infrastructure to enable the Sector, it’s communities and its beneficiaries to have a strong voice and play a leading role in ensuring all residents have access to the support they need and have their say in shaping Sandwell’s future.

OfstedOfsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. They report directly to Parliament and we are independent and impartial. Ofsted inspect and regulate services which care for children and young people, and those providing education and skills for learners of all ages.

Every week they carry out hundreds of inspections and regulatory visits throughout England, and publish the results on their website.

Sandwell NHS TrustSandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust is an integrated care organisation.

They are dedicated to improving the lives of local people, to maintaining an outstanding reputation for teaching and education, and to embedding innovation and research. They employ around 7,500 people and spend around £430m of public money, largely drawn from our local Clinical Commissioning Group.

The Commissioning Group and the Trust is responsible for the care of 530,000 local people from across North-West Birmingham and all the towns within Sandwell.
