Celebrating Community Spirit: The Pat Ryan Volunteer Awards
🌟 Celebrating Community Spirit: The Pat Ryan Volunteer Awards 🌟
St Albans Community Association proudly hosted the annual Pat Ryan Volunteer Awards at Brandhall Labour Club in Brandhall—a joyful evening filled with music, dancing, laughter, and great food, bringing together our dedicated staff and volunteers under one roof.
This special event is made possible each year thanks to the generosity of our Board of Trustees, who personally fund the celebration to honour the incredible contributions of our volunteers. Their support ensures we can continue to recognise and appreciate the hard work, passion, and commitment that drives our community forward.
The awards are named in memory of Pat Ryan, one of the founding members of St Albans, who gave many years of devoted service as a volunteer before her passing in 2021. The award is presented by her husband, Pete Ryan, who continues to champion the values Pat held dear—community, compassion, and service.
We extend our deepest thanks to:
- Our volunteers, who give their time and energy selflessly.
- Our staff, who work tirelessly to support our mission.
- Our Board, whose ongoing support makes this celebration possible.
Together, we continue to build a stronger, more connected community in Sandwell.
